With all the new AI tools launched by Hubspot . I’ve been exploring how ChatGPT, Claude (via MCP), Copilot and HubSpot’s Breeze Intelligence can work together—and I’m convinced the real magic happens when these tools work together.
Here’s how I see it:
Breeze acts as the native intelligence layer, enriching and automating data right inside HubSpot.
Copilot is the conversational assistant, making AI approachable for everyone by summarizing records, answering questions, and guiding users through workflows in plain language.
Claude (via MCP) is the operational powerhouse, securely accessing CRM data to analyze, automate, and execute complex tasks that go beyond built-in features.
ChatGPT brings the creative touch, generating personalized content and communications.
Ideally, I envision Copilot as the “front door” for users—handling everyday queries and actions, then handing off to Claude (via MCP) for deeper analysis or custom automation, with Breeze orchestrating and enriching data in the background, and ChatGPT personalizing every customer touchpoint.
This kind of seamless collaboration is what will make AI in CRM truly transformative—smart, secure, and user-friendly.
